Spiced Apple Protein Muffin

Ingredients:
  • 2 measuring spoons Formula 1 Apple Cinnamon
  • 100 grams of rolled oats
  • 60 grams of flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 30 g chopped dried apple
  • 2 “flax eggs” (2 tablespoons ground flaxseed mixed in 1 tablespoon water; let sit)
  • 200 ml Almond Drink
  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla essence
Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 180°C. recipe
